Weekly deals: Redmi Note 15 series prices are falling, Motorolas also get discounts

This week we will revisit some old (and some not so old) offers since the prices have been revised even further down.

A couple of weeks ago, the Redmi Note 15 Pro was €350 for a 12/512GB unit. Now there is a €30 voucher, which brings the final price down to €320. An 8/256GB version is also available, though since it’s only €20 cheaper, we recommend getting the version with more RAM and double the storage.

The Redmi Note 15 Pro has a 6.83” 12-bit 120Hz OLED display and a Dimensity 7300 Ultra chipset. The phone boasts a 200MP main camera (1/1.4” sensor, OIS), but the ultra-wide (8MP) and selfie (20MP) cameras are pretty basic. It has a large 6,580mAh battery with 45W wired and 22.5W reverse charging. The phone is rated IP68/IP69K and has been drop tested from 2.5m.

The Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is now also available in 8/256GB configuration – and it’s exactly this configuration that gets the €30 voucher. Unfortunately, the 16/512GB variant is now €30 more expensive than it was a couple of weeks ago. The Pro+ model switches over to a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, a 32MP selfie camera and a 6,500mAh battery with 100W wired charging (reverse charging is still 22.5W). Other than that, it’s essentially the same as the Pro.

The vanilla Redmi Note 15 5G is now available in a basic 6/128GB configuration for €200, while the 8/256GB version remains at €250. This phone has a smaller, lower resolution 6.77” 1080p+ display (vs. 6.83” 1280p+ on the Pros) and a smaller 5,520mAh battery with 45W wired and 18W reverse charging. It’s powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset (with a microSD slot, unlike the Pros). It has a 108MP camera (1/1.67”, OIS) taking the place of the 200MP Pro camera.

Last week, the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra was €700 for a 12/256GB unit and €750 for a 16/512GB one. Now the 12/256GB variant is down to €650, but the higher capacity version remains the same price.

Three weeks ago, the Motorola Edge 70 had a sharp price drop to €525. However, it quickly bounced back to €700. It is now going down again, albeit a lot more slowly – a €50 voucher brings it down to €650.

The Edge 70 measures only 6.0mm thick and weighs 159g. While its 4,800mAh battery isn’t huge, the 13:36h Active Use Score is okay. The battery also supports fast 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. On the front is a 6.7” 120Hz OLED (1220p+), on the back are two 50MP cameras (1/1.56” OIS main, 120° ultra-wide) and in between is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4.

The Motorola Moto G67 is still on pre-order – it will be out less than two weeks from now. But, honestly, we’re not sure why Motorola bothered.

The old Moto G56 is heavily discounted at the moment and it offers better water resistance (IP68/IP69K vs. IP64), a better chipset (Dimensity 7060 vs. 6300), essentially the same 50+8MP camera setup (though without 1440p video recording). It has the same 5,200mAh battery with 30W charging too.

The G56 lacks an OLED display, it has a 6.72” 120Hz IPS LCD instead. Some will see this as an advantage, others will not. If you are in the second camp, the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G is also a good deal cheaper than the G67 and is in line for 5 more major OS updates (it already got Android 16). Like the G67 and G56, this one has expandable storage. It’s powered by the Exynos 1330 chipset and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging.

There’s always the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion too. Its OLED display is slightly smaller (6.67 vs. 6.78”), but it has the same 5,200mAh battery as the G67 except now with faster 68W charging. The chipset is faster too, a Dimensity 7300 (vs. 6300). You even get to keep the microSD slot. And the 50MP main camera has a larger sensor (1/1.56” vs. 1/1.95”) with support for 4K video no less. Do note that the Fusion launched with Android 15 and will only get 3 OS updates.
