For a bit more, you can get the Motorola Edge 50 Pro. It’s a more premium device with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (vs. Exynos 1480), a higher resolution 144Hz display (1220p+ vs. 1080p+ 120Hz), a 10MP tele camera (67mm vs. none) and a 4,500mAh battery with fast charging (125W wired and 50W wireless). It has better water resistance too (IP68 vs. IP67).

The Galaxy A16 5G is Samsung’s cheapest 5G offering from the new generation. It has a 6.7” 1080p+ OLED display (90Hz) and is powered by the Exynos 1330. The rear is home to a 50MP main camera and a 5MP ultra wide, inside is a 5,000mAh battery like on the A55 (with 25W wired-only charging).

The Motorola G85 costs a bit more. It has a faster 6.67” OLED display – 1080p+ at 120Hz with 10-bit colors to boot. Other advantages include a 50MP camera with OIS (A16’s 50MP camera doesn’t have optical stabilization) and higher resolution ultra wide (8MP) and selfie (32MP). The battery is similar to the Samsung (5,000mAh, 30W), but the water resistance is more basic (without an official IP rating).

One last thing – the Samsung Galaxy Watch7 (Bluetooth only) is available in 40mm and 44mm variants. Both have advanced features like ECG, though that only works with a Samsung phone. The watch is powered by the first 3nm chipset (Exynos W1000).
