The vivo X300 Ultra will be the final addition to the X300 lineup and the successor to the X200 Ultra. While vivo has yet to share any official details about the Ultra model, a series of leaks has surfaced, with the latest revealing its battery capacity and expected launch window.
According to a tipster, the X300 Ultra is slated for a Q1 2026 launch, which aligns with the X200 Ultra’s debut in April this year.

Moreover, the tipster notes that the upcoming flagship phone from vivo will feature a 7,000mAh battery. In comparison, the X200 Ultra offered a 6,000mAh cell, whereas the new X300 Pro gets a 6,510mAh unit.
The vivo X300 Ultra is rumored to offer dual 200MP cameras, a larger 50MP ultrawide sensor, and is said to be available globally.
