The vivo X300 series is now official. It includes the base X300 with a compact design, and the X300 Pro. Both smartphones are powered by the recently announced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and offer several upgrades over their predecessors.
vivo X300 Pro
Starting with the flagship, the vivo X300 Pro gets an upgraded Zeiss triple rear camera setup. It offers a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main 1/1.28-inch sensor with f/1.57 aperture and gimbal OIS. The phone also gets a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide unit, and a new 200MP 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB sensor for its telephoto needs. At the front, vivo has included another 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor for selfies and video calls.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, up to 16 GB RAM, and 512 GB of storage. It packs a 6,510 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
It sports a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and 1260 x 2800 pixels resolution. The display supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and features an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
The vivo X300 Pro weighs 226g, is 7.99mm thick, and offers an IP68/IP69 rating. It is available in Black, Brown, Blue, and White color options.
Other specs include, dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port, and Wi-Fi 6. It runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

Moving on to the smaller X300, the phone is also powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. This year, the base model gets a more compact body.
It comes with a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 1216 x 2640 pixels resolution. You get an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner as well. The phone packs in a smaller 6,040 mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
The vivo X300 has a 200MP primary rear camera (Samsung HPB sensor) with a 1/1.4-inch sensor size and f/1.68 aperture. It also gets a 50MP 1/1.95-inch Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera. The JN1 sensor is also used on the front for selfies.
Due to the smaller size, the X300 weighs 190g and is 7.95mm thin. It offers an IP68/IP69 rating and is available in Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple color options. The phone also comes with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Other specs include Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, and dual stereo speakers.
The vivo X300 Pro is priced at CNY 5,299 ($745) for the 12GB/256GB variant and CNY 5,999 ($845) for the 16GB/512GB option. Meanwhile, the 16GB/1TB model will cost CNY 6,699 ($945)
On the other hand, the base X300 starts at CNY 4,399 ($620) for the 12GB/256GB option. The 16GB/256GB model is priced at CNY 4,699 ($660), the 12GB/512GB variant is CNY 4,999 ($700), 16GB/512GB is CNY 5,299 ($745), and the 16GB/1TB option is CNY 5,999 ($845).
