Samsung is reportedly working on a wide Galaxy Z Fold, and last year, some speculative renders showed us what this foldable smartphone could look like. However, thanks to One UI 9, we are now getting our best look yet at the wide Galaxy Z Fold.
One UI 9 test builds for Samsung’s unannounced Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8 recently popped up, and those included a couple of animations, giving us our first sort of official look at the wide Galaxy Z Fold.
These animations don’t reveal much, but their presence in the One UI 9 builds confirms that Samsung is working on a wide Galaxy Z Fold. However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it will be launched this year, or ever, because plans can always change.
