Samsung rolled out the Android 16-based One UI 8 beta update for the Galaxy Z Flip6 about two weeks ago. Now, the Korean brand has released the second One UI 8 beta for the Galaxy Z Flip6, which brings a new feature to the foldable.
The second One UI 8 beta for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 comes with Now Brief, which was introduced with the Galaxy S25 series. Additionally, the update bumps up the Android security patch level on the smartphone to September 2025 and fixes a few bugs.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6’s second One UI 8 beta update
This One UI 8 beta update is currently rolling out in South Korea with firmware version F741NKSU2ZYHB. It requires a download of around 915MB. If you are enrolled in the One UI 8 beta program and haven’t received the update on your Galaxy Z Flip6 yet, you can check for it manually by navigating to the phone’s Settings > Software update menu.
