New official details about the Redmi Turbo 5 Max have surfaced ahead of its China launch later this month. The company has also recently confirmed the smartphone’s chipset and battery capacity.
The Redmi Turbo 5 Max will support 100W PPS wired charging along with 27W reverse wired charging. It will also feature bypass charging, while its 9,000mAh battery is claimed to retain performance for up to 1,600 charge cycles.

Additionally, Redmi will back the Turbo 5 Max with a five-year battery warranty. In an internal battery endurance test comparing it against other smartphones, the Turbo 5 Max is claimed to have outlasted a rival device with a larger 10,000mAh battery by 43 minutes.
The handset will be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset and offer a dual-rear camera setup.
While Redmi has yet to announce an official launch date for the Turbo 5 Max, the company has already opened pre-orders through its official Xiaomi China website.
