The global Redmi Note 15 series just went official, and the base Note 15 model again comes in two flavors. There’s the Note 15 5G, which gets some altered specs for its global run, and it’s joined by the 4G Note 15, which features a more affordable price point. You’d be hard-pressed to tell the two apart as they feature identical designs with screens and backs as well as identical camera islands.

Both global Redmi Note 15 variants get curved 6.77-inch AMOLEDs with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panels feature 3,200 nits peak local brightness and integrated optical fingerprint scanners.

The 5G Note 15 is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and 6, 8 or 12 GB RAM and 128/256 or 512GB storage. The 4G version gets the MediaTek Helio G100-Ultra with 6/8GB RAM and is configurable with the same storage trims.
Going down the spec sheet, both of the global Redmi Note 15s feature 108MP main cameras equipped with Samsung’s ISOCELL HM9 sensor and OIS. The 5G variant also boasts an 8MP ultrawide lens, while the 4G model is stuck with a 2MP depth cam. Both phones also have 20MP selfie cameras.

Note 15 gets the edge in terms of battery capacity with its 6,000 mAh cell and 33W charging, whereas the Note 15 5G offers a slightly smaller 5,520 mAh silicon-carbon cell with faster 45W charging speeds. Both phones boot HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15. The 4G variant features IP64 ingress protection while the 5G model steps up to IP66.
