Realme is gearing up to launch its Neo8 series in China soon, and we now have its detailed specs thanks to a listing on China’s TENAA certification agency. As per the listing, Neo8 is equipped with a flat 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with 2772 x 1272px resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate.

In addition, Realme revealed that the Neo8 will feature a flagship Samsung M14 OLED panel with up to 1,000 nits peak manual brightness and up to 6,500 nits peak local brightness. Samsung M14 is Samsung Display’s most advanced mobile OLED material and offers improved brightness and power efficiency gains compared to the M13 generation. The panel also features a 16MP selfie cam and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

Elsewhere, Neo8 brings the non-Elite Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.
The back houses a 50MP main cam alongside a 50MP periscope telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom and an 8MP ultrawide lens. Realme added a beefy 8,000mAh battery with 80W charging support. The device measures 162 x 77.07 x 8.3mm and weighs 215 grams. It features IP68/69 ingress protection and boots Android 16 with Realme UI 7 on top.
