The Pebble 2 Duo and Time 2 went up for pre-order in March, and today they are joined by the Pebble Round 2. This comes from Core Devices, the new company of Pebble founder Eric Migicovsky. The new watches are made possible by Google open sourcing the Pebble OS, which Core Devices is using.

The Pebble Round 2 comes with a 1.3″ 260×260 64-color e-paper touchscreen, a stainless steel frame, and two-week battery life. It’s available for pre-order in matte black, brushed silver, and polished rose gold for $199. Shipping is set to start in May.

The Pebble mobile app works with iOS and Android, and there’s basic health and activity tracking included (step count and sleep monitoring), but this is “not designed to be a fitness or sports watch”.

The Pebble Round 2 has 30m water resistance, a linear resonance actuator for vibrations, four buttons, an accelerometer and magnetometer, dual mics for speech input and replying to messages, and is 8.1mm thin.
