Oppo is expected to be unveiling the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro (and perhaps a third Plus model too) in October. Ahead of that, full specs for the Find X9 have purportedly been leaked today. Do however keep in mind that some past rumors claimed the X9 would have a 6.3″ screen, and so if that pans out then these specs actually belong to the Find X9 Plus.
Regardless, let’s dive in. The phone allegedly has a 6.59-inch LTPO OLED screen with “1.5K” resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, and it’s powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 SoC.

On the rear is a 50 MP main camera with OIS, using Sony’s Lytia LYT-808 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide using Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera, with 3x optical zoom and OIS, using Samsung’s ISOCELL JN9 sensor. Expect to see Oppo’s Lumo Imaging and Hasselblad optimizations built-in. For selfies you get a 50 MP camera using Samsung’s ISOCELL JN1 sensor.
Keeping the lights on will apparently be a 7,025 mAh battery, with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. The device will launch running Android 16 with Oppo’s ColorOS 16 on top. It will have Oppo’s Plus key, which debuted on the Find X8 Pro but was absent from the X8. There’s also a new x-axis linear vibration motor, stereo speakers, and the upcoming phone also gets both IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Compared to its predecessor, the Find X9 has the newer chipset, a much bigger battery, a higher-res selfie camera, an ultrasonic (vs. optical) fingerprint scanner, and the Plus key, so all in all it’s going to be a pretty significant upgrade.
