If you’ve been wondering what the Pixel 10 Pro XL is like on the inside, then Zack from YouTube channel JerryRigEverything will show you, in painstaking detail, in his video teardown, embedded for your viewing pleasure below.
Google has apparently made some strides in getting its devices to be more easily repairable, though interestingly iFixit doesn’t seem to share Zack’s excitement – there’s definitely an improvement over past Pixels, but perhaps not as groundbreaking as he makes it seem. The battery is much more easily removable than in past Pixels, though, so there’s that.
Anyway, to get to any part of the phone that isn’t the screen, you’ll need to go in from the rear, while the screen replacement can be done from the front, with just one cable connecting it to the rest of the phone.
