Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z foldables for 2026 have been reportedly listed on the GSMA IMEI database. The Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8 were spotted on the database alongside a third mystery device.
According to the report, two devices with model numbers SM-F976U and SM-F776U have been registered, which are believed to correspond to the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8, respectively.

The model numbers end with the suffix “U,” which is typically used for units destined for the US market. In comparison, global variants usually carry the “B” suffix. The listings also include the market names Q8 and B8, further indicating that these devices are part of Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy Z lineup.
For context, the current Galaxy Z Fold7 carries the market name Q7, while the Z Flip7 is identified as B7.

Meanwhile, a third device surfaced in the database in early December last year, listed under the model number SM-F971U with the market name H8. This model is speculated to be the Galaxy Z Fold FE.
Based on Samsung’s typical release cycle, the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Z Flip8 are expected to debut around July or August 2026.
